Cancellation Policy
When you commit to a service with us at Polished On Pleasant, you agree to the following cancellation policy: If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations made under that window are subject to a fee of 100% of the value of your service. If you miss your appointment completely with no advanced notice, a 100% fee of all services booked will be charged. All charges listed above will be applied to your card on file, which is required to book an appointment.
