When you commit to a service with us at Polished On Pleasant you agree to the following cancellation policy: If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations made under that window are subject to a fee of 100% of the value of your service. If you miss your appointment completely with no advanced notice, a 100% fee of all services booked including 20% gratuity will be charged. All charges listed above will be applied to your card on file, which is required to book an appointment.
To provide a safe environment for all we ask that you please review the MA state guidelines:
According to MA state law we cannot perform services on clients who have inflamed, infected, or broken skin. This includes toe fungus with thick or faking nails and skin warts. If you have a condition that falls under one of these categories, we unfortunately will not be able to perform your service.
Please let us know if you have any concerns before your service begins. We reserve the right to refuse service.
