Spa Level System
The primary goals of our Salon Level System is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for team members and to offer several options for our guests to meet their diverse needs when it comes to salon services. Guests may choose the best fit from our team that complements their requests from skill set to education and budget. Our website reflects the level two pricing. Level 1 Team members are developing their skills and knowledge beyond their schooling for licensure. Once the service providers build a steady clientele, as well as other techniques and additional services, they are promoted to the next level.
Level 2 Team members have developed their knowledge, techniques and application skills to provide clinical results. This individual has gone through additional training and certifications.
Level 3 Team members are advanced in all aspects of their skill. They are certified as a specialist and help to train/mentor new team members.
