Cancellation Policy
When you commit to a service with us at Polished On Pleasant you agree to the following cancellation policy: If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations made under that window are subject to a fee of 100% of the value of your service. If you miss your appointment completely with no advanced notice, a 100% fee of all services booked will be charged. All charges listed above will be applied to your card on file, which is required to book an appointment.
